Sarah Jessica Parker

The popular "Sex and the City" actress, climbed the ladder of success through
her talent, confidence and personal hardships. This famous actress as well as
producer was born on 25th March, 1965 in Nelsonville, Ohio to Barbara Parker, a
nursery school operator and teacher and Stephen Parker, an entrepreneur and
journalist. After her parent’s divorce poverty could not make any obstacles on the
way of his stardom.

She commenced her career by a small role named, ‘July’ in Broadway musical. In
1982 she was selected as co-lead of the CBS sitcom Square Pegs. Though the show
was telecasted for just a single season but her acting skill touched the heart in
depth .In Darren star’s creation- ‘Sex and the city’ the character Carrie Bradshaw
was like just created for parker only that gave her Emmy Award for her lead role.
She not only got popularity in film and television but also as a stage actor earned
a lot of fame in the off-Broadway play Sylvia, alongside future husband Matthew
Broderick in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and the Tony
Award-nominated Once Upon a Mattress.

She married to the actor Matthew Broderick and the couple was blessed with
their son James Wilkie Broderick and their twin daughters Marion Loretta Elwell
and Tabitha Hodge.

of perfumes. Her daring red carpet choices, from microminis to ballerina dresses
made her a fashion icon. In 2004, the exclusive Council of Fashion Designers of
America recognized her with the "Style Icon" award. Sarah Jessica Parker teamed
up with Tracy L Cox from Faster Than Paris to design a “Viva Obama” T-shirt.
