She became famous as an American actress, recording artist and model , first
performed as the child fashion model for the Eileen Ford Agency at the age of
only three and followed by appearing in more than 60 commercials, including
spots for Pizza Hut, Wendy's and Jell-O, with Bill Cosby, Abercrombie & Fitch Kids
and Calvin Klein Kids. The identical twins in a remake of Disney's Hayley Mills
classic "The Parent Trap” was born as Lindsay Dee Lohan on 2nd July1986 in New
York City to Michael Lohan, ran his family's pasta business and worked as an
investment banker and her mother Dina Lohan was a Wall Street analyst and is a
former singer and dancer. In 1996, at the age of 10 she landed her debut as Alli
Fowler in the television drama "Another World" and plays the character for a
year. At age 11, the opportunity to associatate with Disney's for the remake of
The Parent Trap brought her name and fame amongst the teen set, particularly
young girls who were crazy about the actress and pop singers whereabouts. It
was a critical and commercial hit. Though the pre-teen comedy with Disney,
Confessions of Teenage Drama Queen gave her mild success but comedian Tina
Fey’s Mean Girls becoming the 24th highest grossing movie of 2004 and she was
honored with a Teen's Choice Award and an MTV movie award for her
performance.

The peak of her fame were marked by mysterious hospitalizations, drastic weight
loss, public break-ups with famous boyfriends, occasional fender-benders and
bad behavior on set, a reputation for unreliability and being difficult to work with.
Her work was slowing down, due to several arrests for DUI, a carjacking incident,
drug arrests, paparazzi photos and a public battle in the press with her family.

Her long-term same-sex relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson, a famous local DJ
and singer give the front page covering in media.
