Sarah Michelle Gellar
This American actress and producer is popular for her exotic, fresh and
photogenic looks and her life story like a fantasy. Sarah was born on 14th April,
1977 in New York City. She is the only daughter of Rosellen, a nursery school
teacher, and Arthur Gellar, a garment worker. At the age of her seven her parents
were separated and she was raised alone by her working mother, having bitter
experience with her father.
In her early career, her mother always supervised and inspired her.
In her personal life she married to Freddie Prinze, Jr. whom she met in the set of
horror film I Know What You Did Last Summer and the couples were blessed with
her daughter Charlotte Grace Prinze and son Rocky James Prinze.
To give honor to their fifth year of marriage the actress legally named as Sarah
Michelle Prinze.
Her performance:
At the age of four, an agent discovered her when she was eating in a local
restaurant in Uptown Manhattan. After two week she gave audition and the
director was so impressed that he gave her role for a television film, An Invasion
of Privacy in 1983.

in a Drama Series for All My Children, in 1998 Blockbuster Entertainment Award
in the category Favorite Supporting Actress – Horror for the film I Know What You
Did Last Summer, in 1999 Saturn Award and Teen Choice Award both for the film
Buffy the Vampire Slayer, in 2000 MTV Movie Award in three category Best Kiss,
Best Performance as Female and Best Villain for the only one film Cruel Intentions.
Other interest:
She is also famous for her worldwide philanthropic activities. She supports for
various charities among which breast cancer research, Project Angel Food, Habitat
for Humanity and CARE was her deep interest.
